Momoh Emmanuel Isah holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and a PhD in Business Administration. He started his early career as an editor with the NTA Network News Nigeria and later moved up to become the Chief Operating Officer at Minaj Broadcast International in 1999. He began his teaching career in 2001, teaching Mass Communication, Business Administration and Marketing at the Enugu state University of Science and Technology. From 2006 to2009, he taught customer service at postgraduate level at Career Forte/Lead City University, Ibadan. He also taught the MBA programme at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho from 2007 to 2008. Currently, his teaching areas include Media Financial Analysis & Management, Business Journalism, and Writing in Corporate Communication. At present he is studying for another doctorate in Mass Communication and his research area is “Media Pluralism and Journalistic Integrity for optimum media performance in Nigeria”. His publications include, Imperatives for re-inventing Nollywood as a patriotic Nigerian communication medium, Imperatives for Media performance in Nigeria, From Groundnut & Cocoa pyramids to Oil and back: An agenda for Nigeria’s rejuvenation, Repositioning Africa in the new world information order through an E-News agency, Media, Literature & Movies as Siamese triplet Narrative Forms for the Africa of the New Millennium, The Communication superhighway as the path for Africa’s financial recovery and renaissance.
