Introduction

Leadership is a critical and indispensable tool for driving performance in every area of human endeavour. However, the capacity to lead or enlist the cooperation of others towards the accomplishment of shared objectives is often assumed rather than developed. Only few organisations understand the importance of equipping their senior executives with the competencies required in driving profitability and growth in the knowledge and experience-led economy of the 21st century.

The three–day programme comprises of sessions covering the key issues in management and leadership: personal mastery, career management, strategic management, operations management, team leadership, effective communication strategies, emotional intelligence and ethical leadership.
