On Monday, August 15, 2016, SMC began a new run of the Strategies for Optimizing Corporate Communication Skills programme (SOOCS). The 5 day seminar is focused on training managers in corporate affairs, public relations, external/internal communications, business development, customer service, community relations and other managers who want to dynamise their communication pattern. Participants on the programme include representatives from Total, Ensure Insurance, Union Bank and Marie Stopes International.
