The Modular full-time MSc Media and Communication programme is a creative response to the changing needs of the media, culture and communication (PR, Advertising, Marketing and Corporate Communication) industries we serve and has been conceived as a combination of academic and relevant industry training. This was achieved through extensive consultation with industry stakeholders, and its delivery uses the appropriate pedagogical methods and practices in the broad areas of our discipline.

Our pedagogical approach combines robust, interactive in-person discussions with other learning activities such as:

–        Practical projects

–        Career fair and internship opportunities

–        Meet the industry experts’ series

Programme Benefits

Career Fair: interact with HR managers and recruitment executives from top corporate organisations in Lagos to learn about the value created by their companies, where you fit in and internship placements or employment opportunities. The University provides a platform for such career opportunities to be explored but has no direct control over companies’ hiring processes.

Meet the Industry Experts Series: CEOs, media and communication, or other business executives who have excelled in their industries or sectors are invited to interact with our students to share invaluable work-life experiences thereby preparing them to take on exciting challenges in the future.
