On the 6th of March 2024, the School of Media and Communication organised an Experiential Learning Workshop at the main campus, aiming to equip faculty members with essential knowledge and skills in experiential learning. The workshop focused on three main objectives:
During the sessions participants were presented with facilitation techniques and best practices, followed by a role-playing exercise where they simulated facilitating an experiential activity.
The workshop provided a comprehensive overview of experiential learning principles and practical strategies for designing and facilitating experiential learning activities.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Enase Okonedo, facilitated a session and the active participation of faculty members ensured an enriching learning experience for all who attended.
