SMC is proud to be working on The Phoenix Project, a capacity building initiative powered by Access Bank Plc. The management is happy to be part of such a youth empowerment programme in the creative space, designed to fill the knowledge gap in the creative industry and to provide the resources needed for individuals to succeed and advance in their careers.

Objectives of the training are:
1. To create a structure that will aid learning in the business of the entertainment industry
2. To equip the participants with the necessary skills to thrive in the industry
3. Enable participants to get the best of both worlds of theoretical and practical knowledge

During the training, participants will be engaged in the creative space, making them entrepreneurs from the onset and not job seekers.

The Phoenix Project which is an initiative by AccelerateTV is aimed at supporting the government’s efforts in youth empowerment and job creation specifically in the creative and entertainment industry.
