Anthony is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University (SMC) where he teaches modules in advertising, corporate communication, and market research.
Throughout his career, he has developed expert skills in talent sourcing, client service management, and industry relations. He was responsible for driving policy formulation and implementation geared towards optimizing career services and alumni relations for the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University (SMC).
A graduate of the University of Benin, he has also earned an MSc and Ph.D. in Media and Communication at the prestigious SMC. In addition, his MSc. dissertation features among the pioneering academic investigations into the service quality of the online retail sector in Nigeria. His Ph.D. thesis explored the interplay among brand value co-creation, dominant logic, and iconic brands’ sustainability in Nigeria.
Prior to his work at the SMC, he had a multifaceted stint in computer networking and client services.
As an academic, he has a keen interest in the ‘brand-consumer’ relationships aimed at optimizing customer retention strategies for organizations.
