Background

The School of Media and Communication has organized talent management forum since 2013. The Forum brings together human capital managers, talent and competence assessment managers, heads of training and development as well as heads of corporate communications for interaction on topical human resource issues. The aim is to keep them abreast of salient competency issues in human resources management so as to help them make the right decisions in the course of their work. Topics change yearly, though a topic may be repeated based on popular request.

Objective
