The Business of Film course, organised by the Nollywood Studies Centre,held from the 15th to the 20^th of November, 2021.

The course was aimed at equipping filmmakers with the core skills needed to exercise their craft as a business. The independent filmmaker, as the manager of a film project, needs to understand the intricacies of such realities as raising funds, project management, human resource management, organising film schedules, and structuring budgets.

Thus, the course offered modules that provided the participants with skills in areas such as project management, marketing and distribution, among others.
The programme featured experienced resource persons from the film industry, including Mr. Kene Mkparu, Mr. Victor Aghahowa and Mr. Humphrey Obino.
